At Nandkam Rest House Tirumala, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a clear and transparent refund policy for all room bookings.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in will incur 50% charge.
  • No refund for no-shows.

2. Cancellation by Hotel

If the hotel cannot accommodate your booking, a full refund will be provided immediately. Assistance for alternative accommodation will be offered if required.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Customers will be notified via email or phone once the refund is initiated.

4. Modifications

Booking modifications (dates, rooms) should be requested at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Modifications are subject to room availability.
